What is Android?
Android is a software stack for mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware and key applications.Consider it as an operating system that powers phones,tablets and other devices and the great thing is that it’s FREE .You don’t have to pay anything for using it .It is an open source software has incredible features that beats Apple iOS.
What is an App?
Well,you can consider it as an small piece of software that does some tasks like “Downloading current weather update from the weather site ” or some Games ,Blog updates from some blog ,music player ,video player and lot of others.
How I can make money with Android Apps?
Well ,There are various ways but simply you can do it in 2 ways:-
- You can create free version of Apps and upload it to the Android Market and when someone download your App(consider it is an weather App) and he/she uses it than you earn money from Ads .You can sign up for Adsense Mobile,Admob that serve ads on your App and you get paid for that .Generally you get paid between 1-5$/CPM.
- If you don’t want to show Ads on your App (because sometimes it is very annoying) than you can charge a small fee or some depending on the complexity of the App or development cost.You can give your user an Adfree App and you are charging for that.In this way you can earn money .
Is it necessary to be a programmer to develop Android Apps?
If you are.. than it’s great because you can create on your own and very less development costs and get higher profits on that but again if you are not a developer than it’s not necessary there are so many Freelancing sites where you can hire a developer and pay for creating an App.For freelancing sites you can check my post here.
Does every App makes me money ?
It’s not a hard and fast rule. It can be or It can’t .Recent study showed that “Weather and business Apps generate highest revenue”.There is a graph below .
